Timeline

2-3 month

Mosaic Christian Fellowship was preparing to renovate and expand their facilities to accommodate a growing congregation.

The challenges:

  • Convincing stakeholders and members of the vision during fellowship meetings.
  • Raising the necessary funds to move the project forward.
  • Aligning pastors, architects, builders, and church leadership around a unified vision.

The challenge was not just architectural — it was about creating clarity, excitement, and consensus.

The Atrium Approach

Visualization as a Fundraising

ATRIUM became a creative partner for both design and communication, working closely with the pastor, architects, and building committee to craft visual tools that inspired support and accelerated decision-making.

1. Immersive 360° Views

  • Produced an interactive 360° tour of the entire church expansion.
  • Included key areas: gym, sanctuary, children’s rooms, youth and family center, kitchen/community center, foyer, balcony, classrooms, elevator, and new exterior.
  • Delivered in VR-ready formats accessible by mobile device and QR code — perfect for live meetings.

2. Interior & Exterior Renderings

  • Created photorealistic visualizations of both existing spaces and proposed renovations.
  • Modeled details like furniture, finishes, and lighting to help congregants picture the final result.

3. Floor Plans & Navigation Map

  • Developed both black-and-white and color-coded floor plans for clarity.
  • Created an intuitive navigation map so users could move seamlessly through the VR experience.

4. Marketing & Fundraising Support

  • Renderings and VR were used in congregational meetings, printed flyers, and social campaigns.
  • Produced visual aids to simplify fundraising conversations and align the building committee.

The Collaboration

This was not just about visuals — it was about walking side-by-side with the church’s leadership and community.

  • We collaborated directly with the pastor, architects, and builders to ensure every detail reflected the true project scope.
  • We adjusted designs quickly as feedback came in from stakeholders.
  • We became an extension of the church’s committee, providing tools that made meetings more engaging and productive.

The Transformation

The impact of visualization was immediate:

  • Project Approved: The expansion project was unanimously approved at a key business meeting.
  • Funds Secured: Renderings and VR helped unlock the final wave of donations needed to proceed.
  • Unity Created: Church members who were hesitant became enthusiastic once they could see the vision.
  • Time Saved: The building committee accelerated decision-making and reduced costly last-minute changes.

“The renderings played a key role in securing approval quickly. Our members were impressed by the clarity, and it made it easy to get everyone on board. Without Atrium’s work, the outcome could have been very different.

          The Atrium Principle at Work

At ATRIUM, we believe in transformations, not just deliverables.
For Mosaic Christian Fellowship, that meant turning complex architectural plans into a shared vision that united a congregation, unlocked funding, and moved a sacred project forward.

The renderings played a key role in securing approval quickly and bringing our members together.”
