Florence Ropelewski, broker and founder of L’AGENCE Napa Valley, had built a reputation for refined taste and client-first service. Clients admired her Parisian elegance and approachable warmth, yet her brand and marketing presence did not reflect the sophistication or scale of her work.

Her team at the time was only two agents, managing a small number of listings. Florence wanted to grow, but she needed two essential things. First, a brand system that could capture her signature style while scaling with her team. Second, a marketing strategy that could give her properties visibility, attract the right buyers, and position her as an authority in Napa’s luxury real estate market.

She did not need just a new logo or more social posts. She needed a transformation that aligned her identity with her presence, ensuring every touchpoint felt intentional, elevated, and effective.

  • Editorial Content and Creative Direction including social media guidance, newsletters, and a ten-chapter Napa Valley Guide produced as a signature client gift.
  • Digital Refinements with website updates, social templates, highlight covers, and seasonal communications.

Marketing: A Digital Gallery for Real Estate Growth

With the brand established, we turned to visibility. Instead of generic real estate ads, we designed Meta campaigns that presented Florence’s listings like gallery exhibits. Cinematic creatives showcased properties as collectible works. Precision targeting reached high-value buyers across Napa and beyond. Optimized funnels drove traffic to open houses, profile growth, and direct inquiries.

  • Results between April and September 2025
  • More than 156,000 ad views and 23,000 impressions
  • Click-through rate of 2.7 percent, above industry standards
  • Over 731 new profile followers directly from ads
  • More than 1,000 clicks at an efficient cost-per-click of $1.19
  • Significant increases in open house attendance and qualified buyer leads compared to pre-ATRIUM activity

Her team has grown from two to three agents and now manages nine or more listings at a time. In 2023 they closed 29 homes, and by September 2024 they had already closed 27 more, showing sustained growth.

Her online presence is no longer dormant. It is active, engaging, and consistently generating quality leads. The Napa Valley Guide has become a signature piece, positioning her as both a trusted advisor and a cultural voice in the community.
