Florence Ropelewski, broker and founder of L’AGENCE Napa Valley, had built a reputation for refined taste and client-first service. Clients admired her Parisian elegance and approachable warmth, yet her brand and marketing presence did not reflect the sophistication or scale of her work.
Her team at the time was only two agents, managing a small number of listings. Florence wanted to grow, but she needed two essential things. First, a brand system that could capture her signature style while scaling with her team. Second, a marketing strategy that could give her properties visibility, attract the right buyers, and position her as an authority in Napa’s luxury real estate market.

Her team has grown from two to three agents and now manages nine or more listings at a time. In 2023 they closed 29 homes, and by September 2024 they had already closed 27 more, showing sustained growth.
