Our client was bidding on a major repainting project for Aptos and Watsonville High Schools. 

The challenges:

  • Multiple stakeholders (district board, administrators, facilities team) needed clarity and consistency before approving the project.  
  • The existing as-built documentation was incomplete and difficult to use.
  • To strengthen their bid, EB Design Studio needed accurate drawings, 3D visuals, and photomontages that could communicate the repainting plan clearly.

Drafting + Visualization Support

ATRIUM partnered with EB Design Studio as their documentation and visualization arm, turning raw as-built data into clean, presentation-ready tools for approvals and marketing. 

1. Drafting & Documentation 

  • Created as-built floor plans, colored elevations, and basic 3D Revit massing models for more than 60 buildings across both campuses.
  • Standardized and improved the district’s as-built documentation, eliminating ambiguity. 

2. 3D Models & Photomontages 

  • Developed 3D site plans for both Aptos and Watsonville. 
  • Produced aerial photomontages that integrated the site structures into realistic aerial imagery.
  • Adjusted lighting, scaling, and shadows for marketing-quality finish. 

3. Stakeholder-Ready Deliverables 

  • Delivered black-and-white floor plans for technical clarity.
  • Provided colored versions for presentations and marketing.
  • Produced both print-ready and digital deliverables for maximum flexibility.
