Inspired by the architectural atrium — a light-filled space where perspectives gather — we created a studio that unites disciplines the way an atrium unites rooms: with transparency, intention, and flow.Every project is treated like a commissioned piece of art — bespoke, curated, and built to perform.

Our Founders:
Two Sides of the Same Vision

ATRIUM was founded by Andrea Romero, whose background in fine arts gave her a sharp eye for aesthetics, but whose true strength lies in business strategy.

Andrea recognized a gap: design and visualization agencies often created beautiful work that lacked strategic grounding, while marketing agencies often pushed performance at the cost of creativity. Her vision was to create a space — an atrium — where artistry and strategy could exist together, producing work that is both cinematic and commercially effective.

To complete that vision, Andrea partnered with her brother Diego Romero, a marketing strategist who ensures that every project delivers results.

Where Andrea focuses on strategy, client experience, and aligning disciplines, Diego ensures that brands don’t just look extraordinary — they perform. He brings the precision of media buying, advertising, and digital optimization to ATRIUM’s boutique process, making each project not just a masterpiece but a success story.

Giving Back With Purpose

Each year, we dedicate part of our time and profits to initiatives that inspire growth, compassion, and connection across the world.

We’re proud supporters of PanCAN, honoring our mother’s fight and strength by contributing to pancreatic cancer research and patient support. Her resilience continues to shape our purpose — to create with empathy, courage, and care so others don’t have to face what she did.

We also partner with local dog shelters, offering branding, photography, and creative support to help more dogs find their forever homes. Sometimes that means designing adoption campaigns, other times it’s just showing up to walk, feed, and photograph the pups. Either way, it’s love made visible.

And through our most personal initiative, The Retired Startup, we help retirees rediscover their creativity and launch small-scale passion projects.
What started as a way to support our own parents became a free annual program offering brand strategy, marketing research, and website setup to one retiree ready to build their “second act.” It’s our way of giving back to the generation that taught us everything we know.

Andy leads ATRIUM’s strategic direction, combining a background in fine arts, business administration, and finance. She translates creative ideas into structured strategies that support growth, positioning, and long-term value. Her role is to ensure every project is grounded in purpose, aligned with business goals, and cohesive across all creative disciplines.

Diego Romero

Marketing Strategy & Performance

Diego leads marketing strategy and performance across paid media and digital channels. His focus is on precision, clarity, and measurable results, ensuring that strong visuals and messaging are supported by smart distribution and optimization. He bridges creative execution with performance-driven decision making.

Joaquín Urrutia

Art Direction & Visual Culture

Joaquín leads visual direction at ATRIUM, bringing a background in fine art, painting, photography, editing, and cinematic direction. He shapes the aesthetic and emotional tone of projects, influencing everything from high-end renderings and animations to campaign visuals. His artistic practice, exhibited internationally, informs ATRIUM’s gallery-inspired, collector-driven approach.

Andrea Gomez

Design & Spatial Insight

Andrea brings a design perspective rooted in interior design and architectural thinking. She contributes a strong sense of space, proportion, and visual balance, helping ensure that concepts translate naturally into environments, visuals, and content. Her work supports design consistency across projects, from visual assets to social media and brand touchpoints, always with an eye toward how things feel, flow, and function.
